Who’s in the doghouse this Valentine’s Day?
Me for one.
I’ve been laid up with a stomach bug (haven’t been out of the house for 4 days) plus rushed off my feet with our 10 week old baby son, Arthur, and I hadn’t got my Other Half anything for Valentine’s Day!
He got me cards from both him and Arthur, a big cuddly plush Valentine dog and a **huge** bouquet was delivered to the door just after he left for work!!
I said I was sorry and would get him something for when he came home tonight but he still left the house in high umbridge and not very pleased with me at all.
I rang up a local florist and arranged them to deliver a “man’s” bouquet to him at work, plus just popped out and bought him a card and some chocs (he is a chocoholic).
Do you think that’ll save me? What else should I do?!?! I feel really bad about it!
Please do not feel badly, everyone becomes ill on occasion. You could not help it.
I am always in the dog house. I live alone with two lab mixes!!!
