Bee stings cure arthritis? anyone tried it?
I have read that a sting from a honey bee can cure arthritis. My dad has arthritis and after reading about this, I got some honey bees for him, but he wouldn’t try it, poosibly because i stupidly told him first, that the doctor didn’t believe it (brainwashed by modern western medicine). He had half a new kneecap a few years ago and it’s still giving him gip, and the other knee needs doing, but i think a bee sting would be less painful and alot quicker to heal. Has anyone tried it, and did it work?
I try the cream tha includes bee poison for my patients is very effective with out the bees sting those hurt really bad.

I have some questions about cat arthritis, I’m really worried?
I’m pretty sure my cat has arthritis, and she’s due for her yearly checkup and some shots so I’m gonna schedule the appointment for tomorrow.
Question 1: If I get there and the vet says “oh my, I think your cat has arthritis” … about how much can I expect to pay? Like, for any tests she’ll need done or any medications she’ll need
Question 2: Can arthritis kill kitties? How much longer does mine have to live if she’s got it? 
She’s 8 right now
I’m asking because I need to know how much I can expect to pay…….I don’t want to get there and be shocked by a $10,000 vet bill or something…sheesh
I’m also worried about her dieing..but now that I read the *helpful* answers, I can see I dont really have to worry about that 
Arthritis won’t kill a cat, just make them stiff and sore. There aren’t a lot of treatment options for cats like there are for dogs, but there are supplements available that can help – Cosequin is one. Your vet will probably want to run bloodwork at her age, but that’s normal procedure once a cat gets to be 7 or 8. She’s got lots of years left if she’s taken care of – don’t worry!
Senior blood workups generally cost in the neighborhood of $100-200. The testing for arthritis will just be part of the regular exam – the move the joints around and see how they move, and make a judgment based on that.

I’m 26 years old and I seem to be developing arthritis. Is there anything I can do?
I work in an office and typing is a huge part of my job. My right pointer finger is aching when the finger meets the hand. Just there. That’s all.
It think it’s from the typing, because typing aggravates it. It’s the rotating back and forth to reach the keys that seems to be stressing out the joint.
I’m young and very, very healthy. I eat obnoxiously well and do yoga. What can I do?
