Yoga in Practice: Excuses for lack of practice
At one time or another, we all think, "Why am I here?" Sometimes, we think, "Why did I even bother?" Thinking of abandoning the tendency is for all humanity, but we continue to pursue our goals as our ancestors did.
My wife, Marie, puts it squarely, "You have two choices, push forward or give up." Sometimes it a joy to sit at the back of his yoga class, so I can listen to an honest approach to life and teaching of yoga.
Look how far we've come as a species in regard to Yoga, art, holistic health, medicine, technology, and much more yet. It is easy to observe the decline of humanity, but many of our ancestors did not give up. In fact, they have recorded past failures and achievements that we have learned.
As a practitioner of yoga, or yoga teacher, you can learn a complete system maintenance of health ", in charge of records." Archives of yoga are so numerous that none of us will be able to study, digestion, and practice all in one lifetime. We know that knowledge is power, and yoga will improve our lives exponentially.
I return making excuses: Everyone makes from time to time. Some Yoga practitioners have said they are too old, too stiff and too weak to continue practicing intensely. Most yoga students, trainees and teachers of yoga, you admit to being distracted by life. Sometimes it is a good thing because your body or mind, needs rest, and a little change is harmless.
However, this is not an approval for avoid the benefits of regular practice of yoga. In addition, this is not an endorsement to become a couch potato. " Having worked with students Yoga with diverse physical, yoga can be practiced on your couch, on the floor, in your bed, or sitting.
While some styles vigorous yoga should be changed, but there is still no reason to abandon the practice of yoga for long. After seeing the improvement Yoga students in wheelchairs and hospital beds, there is no reason why the study of Yoga should be "shelved".
There is a saying that "Seeing is believing." This is true for most countries, but evidence of improved health, yoga practice regular, is obvious. If you want to worry less, become stronger, become more flexible, or empty your mind, Yoga does all these things and more.
There is no excuse for keeping the gift of yoga for you. If you have seen Yoga improve your life, you are a "witness", and you have the opportunity to help others improve their lives. Almost all the obstacles that life throws in front of us can be overcome, unless we give up.
