How to prevent lower back pain?
I’m a 19 year old art student, and I spend tons and tons of time on high stools bent over either a table or an easel (to get real close for details.) I’ve noticed because of this, I have lower back pain that doesn’t ease up once I’ve straightened up or walked around for a bit. It makes it hard to love making art, when you’re in pain. I spent at least 2 hours a day on stools, 4 days a week. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to reduce or eliminate this pain?
change chairs, change positioning periodically, don’t stay seated for extended amount of time, get up and walk around more often, get a drink, stay fit doing stretches, eat healthy, add more fiber and oils to diet, rest on occasionally throughout day, say flexible at all times, maintain ability to wrap in fetal positioning,
